Hubert was neglected and impounded from his owner. He was not microchipped, suffering from severe mange, and very underweight.
He was homed immediately and received substantial medical treatment for serious mange over his entire body.
His treatment was ongoing but he was enjoying a an exciting life with his new family.
Hubert sadly passed away in 2007 after complications from elbow dysplasia.
